RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of the products offered at
Beyond Fertility, we will only accept returns for refunds within 15 days of
purchase. The purchased products must be in their original, unopened package and
there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. A refund check will be
issued once the item(s) have been returned. Shipping charges will not be refunded. This includes the amount of shipping charges on the "free shipping" purchases. If you return an item you purchased with free shipping, the amount of shipping will be deducted from the refund as well as the 15% restocking fee. The ONLY exception to avoid the 15% restocking fee is if you opt for an exchange. Also, if we have sent an ebook with purchase, the price of the ebook will not be refunded. *We will NOT issue refunds on opened pregnancy or ovulation test strips We guarantee the test strips are provided in a fresh, sealed package well before the expiration date. NOR will we issue refunds on the Ebooks purchased from Beyond Fertility.com. Beyond Fertility.com does not replace or repair defective fertility monitors - ALL monitors purchased from Beyond Fertility.com come with a manufacturer's warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer if there are problems with the monitors. You may call us for assistance too, though we will not refund or replace a unit outside the 15 days from purchase.

Inc Refund – Warranty Information for the OvuScope™ The OvuScope™ must be returned UNUSED and there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. date. Prior to returning your
Fertile-Focus microscope, please contact our customer service department,
service@fertile-focus.com .
Often, our service experts are able to offer valuable assistance in operating
the microscope. If a defect is found and an
exchange is warranted, our service experts will issue you an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number to send back your Fertile-Focus for a
replacement unit. Please ensure that the original receipt and packaging
accompanies the returned unit. All other merchandise and items, including books and baby gifts are guaranteed by the manufacturers.
